Over the past month, it has become clear we are facing a major health challenge. We at Petstop want to do what we can to aid our community and pet families in remaining safe and healthy.
Our Pet Stop families are at the heart of everything we do. As this new virus has an even greater impact on us, we want to share the steps we are taking to keep you, our customers and our employees safe.
We can also do estimates and lessons virtually. While we prefer being able to meet you in person, this is a safe alternative currently.
We will only enter your home if necessary. For the time being we will be conducting business outside, 6 feet apart.
We have made the decision to implement new procedures with our clients. For example, moving forward we will not be handshaking (just fist bumps), please don’t take this personally.
When training your pet, we will protect them and you by wearing gloves.
We are making sure that we have cleaning supplies, hand sanitizer, and wipes available to our technicians and require the use of it prior to entering any of your homes and exiting.
We have implemented all necessary steps to ensure that our equipment has been sanitized and will sanitize yours as well when working with it.
We are providing our employees the time to take to care of themselves if they or their family are directly affected by COVID-19.
